



Neighborhood Garage Sale
The Center Gates Estates Village Condominium Neighborhood Garage Sale is scheduled for November 7-9, 2025 if you are interested in participating. Please note: Signs can be posted on your own property and you may place directional signs on other people’s property with their permission. Per the county, you may not place signs in public rights-of-way, medians, or attached to street signs/poles.
We are looking for a volunteer in our Section, Section 7, to put up the signs.
About Us
Center Gate Estates Village Condominium, Section 7, is an adult Condominium Community consisting of 38 units and is located just South of Wilkinson Rd. and West of Cattlemen Rd., on 2 cul-de-sacs, Lake Breeze Ct., and Lake Vista Dr.
The Condominium comprises 19 duplex structures, totaling 38 individual private units. Each unit contains two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two two-car garages, and a private patio. A common heated pool and cabana structure is available for all residents’ use. Many have enjoyed catching and releasing fish in the pond.
Center Gate Estate Village Condominium, Section 7, is a self-managed, pet-friendly community.
